Alicia Novak

Alicia is the Broker and Co-Owner of Elite Coastal Properties, and for the second year, earned a place in the Savannah Board of Realtors® Distinguished Sales Society. Alicia has an extensive background in the sale and installation of architectural supplies. After she got her real estate license, it wasn't long before she decided to open her own company to be able to meet as many needs as possible, including property management. Sharon D. Miller

Sharon is from Gainesville, FL (Home of the Gators). She is a graduate of St. Leo University and has been married for 24 years and has two children. Sharon has been a realtor since 1998.
Sharon was a full time soldier, serving 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as an E-7 Sargent First Class. Sharon was a Logistican / Supply Sgt while on active duty.

Sharon is the past chariman of the equal opp/cultural diversity committe, bylaws, rules and regulation committee, and currently serves as co-chairman of the education committee. She is a GAR State director and is the 2008 Savannah multi list corp. president elect.

Sharon is the Co-Owner of Elite Coastal Properties and she instructs the Real Estate Pre-License course at Tricounty school of Real Estate. She recieved the 2007 "Rising Star" Award from Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA). She is a continuing member of the distinguished sales society. Her designations include: Accreditted Buyers Representative (ABR) and the Realtors Land Institute (RLI).

Ginni Galuk

Ginni has an excellent working knowledge of customer service. Prior to being a Realtor®, Ginni worked for ten years as a teller with a local bank. She worked in the architectural supply business, in retail at a local home decor store and also as a receptionist at a busy real estate firm here in Savannah. Ginni worked as an assistant to a top producing agent, so she has first hand experience in working with clients. She enjoyed the real estate business so much that she decided to get her license and help her customer's dreams come true. She studied hard and is ready to go to work for you.

Bryn Knowlton Neal

Bryn is a 1987 graduate of Savannah Country Day School and has her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work from Florida State University. She has worked for both Memorial Health and Saint Joseph/Candler Hospital Systems as a Rehabilitation Social Worker. She has worked as office manager for Berkman Neal Chiropractic for the last 5 years.

She has been married for 8 years to a local chiropractor, John Neal, and they have two girls, Kylie (6) and Madeline (3).

Steve Elmgren

Steve is a native of Savannah. He is a Benedictine alumni. He is a Realtor® is currently a firefighter for the City of Savannah as well as a member of Georgia Search and Rescue Team. He's been licensed with the state of Georgia as an unrestricted low voltage contractor for 8 years, working in the home and commercial buillding field. He has sales experience with an electrical supply house and with The Southern Company as a service tech and sales associate.
