Our Rental Procedures
We require a non-refundable $25 application fee per adult and run a
credit/background check on our applicants.
One month's rent is submitted as security deposit and one month is paid in advance.
Leases are for at least a one year term.
All of our properties are NON-SMOKING.
Pets are negotiable--depending on the property owner's request.
If allowed, it is a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
